My name is Ashley and I am 28 years old.

My whole life I STRUGGLED with loving my body and having confidence.

I was always very small. 4'11 and never weighed more than 95 lbs. I went through a lot of bullying with people telling me I need to eat a cheeseburger, or gain some weight. How men loved women with curves and not just a stick. It was EXTREMELY HARD growing up and hearing these things. My husband always reassured me that I was beautiful and he loved my body, but I didn't believe him. I have a high metabolism and even after having 2 children I still had problems gaining weight. After my 3rd baby my body started changing. My hips popped out, I got a butt, I started gaining weight, and I noticed none of my clothes fit anymore. I started becoming MORE AWARE OF MY BODY and how it was changing. One day I looked in the mirror and realized that I actually had a SHAPE to my body.

Even though this is what I always wanted, it was hard accepting the changes because for so long my body was a certain way. 

My sister did a shoot with Irina and I ABSOLUTELY LOVED the pictures. It iINSPIRED ME to do something for ME that would BOOST MY CONFIDENCE and make me realize the AMAZING THINGS my body has been through and how the changes had ENHANCED MY BEAUTY.

I ended up winning the Valentine's giveaway and drove 4 hours for my shoot.

I was a little nervous before the shoot because I had never even imagined I would do something like this.

The MAKEUP experience was so AMAZING. Cristy did a wonderful job accentuating my eyes which are my favorite thing about myself. She was engaging and we talked the entire time and she made me feel SO COMFORTABLE. It was like having a girls day with friends. Irina was super sweet and made the shoot so much FUN. She was great at showing me what poses she wanted me to do and made me come out of my shell and feel like a SUPERMODEL! I was doing poses I never imagined my body would be able to do.

It was EXHILARATING, EMPOWERING, and was such a WONDERFUL experience.

When I finally sat down to pick out my pictures I was STUNNED! I had no idea how beautiful my body was. It almost brought me to tears seeing how much my body had changed and how good I looked. It helped BOOST MY CONFIDENCE and realize that this body is something to be PROUD OF!

Since the shoot I'm IN LOVE with how my body has changed.

I look in the mirror and am amazed at how gorgeous the female body is and all the amazing things it can do. No matter what society has to say about how your "suppose" to look, all that matters is that you are HAPPY and LOVE YOURSELF. The most amazing thing about the female body is how different it can be, yet EVERY SINGLE WOMAN IS BEAUTIFUL and should be CONFIDENT in the way you are. I can't recommend Irina enough. Her photo shoots are ONE OF A KIND and is the perfect way to help you realize how beautiful you are and how beautiful your body is. EMBRACE THAT BEAUTY and LET IT SHINE!
