Sounds familiar?

Setting goals is awesome but don’t attach your happiness to them.

What happens when you reach that goal and you still aren't happy? You’ll set another goal and again decide that you’ll finally be happy when you reach it. This sounds like a never ending cycle of unhappiness. The key to happiness is to be grateful for what you already have.

Appreciate your body, your skills and talents, your achievements WHILE you’re working towards those big goals!

Your happiness is in your hands and you can CHOOSE to feel happy now.

I'm not worth it

YES YOU ARE!

Your perception of yourself is similar to credit score. It’s just a snapshot. It can change (and will change)!

Again, it comes down to seeing yourself as worthy no matter what.

Because YOU ARE.

Once you get on a path of accepting yourself for who you are and realizing your worthiness miracles will start happening. You will realize that you can (and will!) accomplish so much and your actions or future actions can (and will!) spark a change around you. You are a complete precious package of gifts and talents waiting to be discovered and shared with the world.

Open carefully and treat with kindness!

How to stop being mean to yourself?

Baby steps.

Ever morning set an intention to have an amazing day and do your best to notice good things no matter what.

Compliment yourself.

Don’t compare yourself to others and instead celebrate your successes, big or small.

Surrounded yourself with amazing supportive people.

Come up with positive phrases that you can use when you catch yourself thinking toxic thoughts.

Pay attention to your inner dialogue and redirect your thoughts if needed.

Take self-care breaks and treat yourself to something nice on a regular basis.

Take one hour, one day, one week at a time.
